Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they ship.

Shipping Times

United States:
Estimated 3–7 business days

International Orders:
Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. North Drift is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at northdriftsupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
